Hunter Academy of Sport Australian Football Talent Development Program

 

Trials for the 2011/2012 Hunter Academy of Sport Talent Development program were held at Bill Elliot Oval on Saturday 24 September 2011. Players selected in the squad will undergo their first training camp at Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre on 15 -16 October 2011.

 

Congratulations to the Swans players who were successful in making the squad.

Congratulations to Sharyn Beck

Sharyn was awarded the 2011 Regional Auskick Volunteer of the Year for her outstanding achievments as Auskick Coordinator and Coach at the Wallsend Swans. The Wallsend Swans Auskick program achieved growth of over 350% for 2011 and boasts some of the highest participation levels for regional Auskick events, including the half time event for the Sydney Swans V Bulldogs match at the SCG.
